MBC isn’t for everyone. We don’t dabble. We don’t chase headlines. We don’t "lean in" to chaos. We work with organizations ready to raise their internal bar and mean it.

Our clients aren’t perfect—but they’re honest. They want structure that works, policies that hold, and someone who can speak plainly at the board table and in the field. They want the truth before it becomes a crisis. That’s what we deliver.

My own background? Legal training. Corporate compliance leadership. Thousands of hours in the grey areas where companies win or lose their reputation. I don’t need to prove myself. I just need to be in the right rooms.
